Vu Ngoc Phuong Quynh, known as Quynh Vu, is a freelance event coordinator in Ho Chi Minh city. She draws on her background knowledge ranging from basic to pre-advanced in her current role. Moreover, having the ability to focus on details while planning and organising and being energetic and eager to learn new things in all aspects of Spicy Spiders agency of Creativity: The Game Changer - the Universe project.

From 2016 to 2019, she is known as a multitasker event coordinator with experience and achievement in in-school events at Le Quy Don high school and RMIT University Vietnam. And from 2020 till now, she has spent most of her career expanding her skills and knowledge to understand the basic level of events and campaigns and profound aspects of the communication industry.

Designing is also her other big passion. Alongside joining the event management industry, she has been evaluated as working with one of the most outstanding and remarkable teams in making anime theme magazines by Soumik Parida - Lecturer of Advertising at RMIT University Vietnam. To be detailed, the magazine focuses on anime themes targeted at anime and manga fans of Vietnam. By coming up with the creative concept, with a novelty colour palette, and identifying the right target audiences and the magazine tone of voice, the project has successfully captured the attention and had a chance to appear on RMIT’s showcase. Moreover, she is the main in-charge raising awareness among teenagers in Vietnam by making and editing video about unsafe abortion project. The "Unsafe Abortion Among Teenagers in Vietnam" project is a public awareness campaign on one of Vietnam's most pressing social issues that have yet to be addressed. The campaign condemned the careless lifestyle of the young generation and the carelessness of parents toward their children. Rather than that, as the lead designer of the team, she has responsibility for all the campaign visuals since it is her key role in Spicy Spiders' agency of Creativity: The Game Changer - the Universe project.
